Your personal license
Subject to your valid purchase or eligible membership and its disclosed terms, Daniel Kilian / Astrologicals grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied app and guide on one linked PC. You may keep a private backup and create your own scene settings. Contact support for a verified PC replacement.
Ownership and permitted sharing
Copyright © 2026 Daniel Kilian, for the original copyrightable material he owns. All such rights are reserved except as expressly licensed. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the software or guide. You may share and monetize your own gameplay screenshots, videos and streams, subject to rights in third-party content shown. Your independently created settings remain yours.
Redistribution, resale and access protection
Except with written permission or where applicable law or a component license permits it, you may not share, upload, rehost, sublicense, resell or distribute protected Astrologicals app or guide files; share account credentials, one-time codes or personalized downloads with others; remove ownership notices; or represent protected material as your own. You may not bypass access protections or distribute cracks, shared activations or unauthorized copies or adaptations of protected material.
Reverse engineering and legal exceptions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble proprietary Astrologicals components except to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not prohibit lawful interoperability, permitted security research, fair use, independent development of similar functionality, or rights granted by third-party and open-source licenses. Copyright is not claimed over general ideas, functionality, algorithms or methods.
Lifetime ownership, memberships and existing customers
A valid one-time guide/core purchase retains the entitlement stated when purchased without a recurring membership. Membership benefits require the eligible membership described in the offering. These terms do not retroactively reduce an existing purchase grant, change billing, or change the current activation policy. Updates should retain personal scenes, bindings and an existing PC link. Contact support if they do not; do not buy again to troubleshoot.
Compatibility and optional components
Use the tested configuration listed on the Compatibility section. Obtain Assetto Corsa, CSP, Pure and other required third-party software separately through their legitimate sources. New game, driver, CSP or Pure releases may change compatibility. Optional neural-rendering / DLSS-related integrations have additional vendor and hardware requirements, are not required for basic app use, and are not guaranteed to work on every GPU, display, VR setup or driver.
Use at your own risk
Modifying a game and combining third-party graphics software can cause crashes, graphical faults, instability, reduced performance or loss of settings. Astrologicals is intended for capable mid-range to high-end PCs; this is guidance rather than a certified minimum specification or performance guarantee. Back up settings, keep installer backups, and stop using an unstable combination. Do not disable security protections or alter hardware safety limits to make a mod work.
Warranty and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app, guide and compatibility information are supplied as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free use or compatibility with every third-party update. To that same extent, Astrologicals disclaims liability for game crashes, performance problems, lost data and hardware damage arising from use of the software or third-party modifications. This does not exclude liability or warranties that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, nor does it limit mandatory consumer remedies. No statement here guarantees or predicts hardware damage.
Third-party rights
Assetto Corsa, Content Manager, CSP, Pure, NVIDIA technologies, car and track mods, trademarks, vehicle designs and third-party components remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. No ownership or endorsement by those parties is claimed. Third-party license terms prevail for their components. Do not redistribute third-party software merely because it works with Astrologicals.
Refunds, misuse and support
Applicable platform refund rules and mandatory consumer protections remain in force. A confirmed refund or revocation can affect its associated access grant under the existing policy; separate valid ownership remains separate. Suspected misuse may be investigated and lawful remedies pursued. This notice does not create an automatic cancellation rule or authorize deletion of customer settings.
